Evodos products come in various layouts:
- Two phase separation (liquid/solid)
- Three phase separation (liquid/liquid/solid)
- Atmospheric or pressurized rotor

Evodos two or three phase unit:
- A two phase Evodos removes solids or sludges from a mixture in a semi-continuous process. The feed flow is pumped with a frequency-controlled mono-pump into the Evodos.  The processed liquid phase is pressure discharged, the collected cake may be discharged in a bin, a big-bag or on a conveyor.

- A three phase Evodos separates a liquid mixture in two liquids (for instance oil and water) in a semi-continuous process. At intervals it discharges solids or sludges from the mixture.  The feed flow is pumped with a frequency-controlled mono-pump into the Evodos where both liquids are pressure discharged separately. The collected cake may be discharged in a bin, a big-bag or on a conveyor.

Semi-continuous process:
The separation process is continuous. The collected cake is discharged at intervals. The maximum volume of collected cake per discharge is fixed by the dimensioning of the Evodos. The number of discharge cycles per hour affects the operational time of the feed pump.

Flow range:
Evodos units come in a range of 0.75 till 40 m3/ hour.

Bowl size:
Evodos units come with a bowl with a content of 10 to 250 liters.
